Our breakfast buffet includes selections such as pancakes, grilled smoked ham, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and beverages. Box lunches to take on the river feature a breast of turkey sandwich on a fresh Kaiser roll, a bag of pretzels or chips, dessert and a beverage.  Dinner buffets include items like BBQ chicken, hamburger BBQ, hot dogs, broccoli rice almondine, baked potatoes, vegetables, chips, dessert and beverage. 

You can save 15% or more off the regular price of our meals by reserving and paying for your meals along with your rafting or biking trip. * Breakfast is available at no charge in conjunction with our July and August Lehigh Whitewater Rafting Trip (Ages 5+), except on dam release days.   Simply join us a half hour before your scheduled trip arrival time to take advantage of this special offering.

*** Dinner service isn't available on Memorial, Labor and Columbus Day weekends, when a free hot-dog cookout is provided to all of our rafting guests.
