There are abundant cycling opportunities in and around Syracuse and Pulaski NY.  Delightful loops along the Salmon River include 30, 50 and 60 mile rides starting and ending at Ames Plaza off Route 11, just south of Route 13.  A helpful map of these routes can be found at:
